Report: 2nd Nakuru County Voices for Climate Action Stakeholders Workshop
The second Nakuru County Voices for Climate Action Stakeholders Workshop, therefore, provides an opportunity for stakeholders to deliberate and learn more about the Nakuru County Climate Change Fund and the Financing Locally-Led Climate Action (FLLoCA), the establishment of the Ward Climate Change Planning Committees (WCCPC) and learn the importance of tracking and reporting on climate finance.
Workshop objectives included;
To learn and deliberate on the Nakuru County Climate Change Act, 2021 and the regulations
To develop a joint work plan for the establishment of the Ward Climate Change Planning Committees (WCCPCs)
To learn and understand the Follow the Money Campaign
