Felister Ndunge

Federation national leader

Felister Ndunge is a national Muungano Wa Wanavijiji federation leader from Mukuru Kayaba since 2007. She joined the movement as an enumerator when her settlement was facing eviction threats. She is a community mobilizer, community organizer for savings, and a social change activist in her community. She was trained by Muungano Wa Wanavijiji on data collection through the Know Your City data team. Felister has participated in several Muungano Wa Wanavijiji activities, including Know Your City, ARISE, Mukuru Special Planning Area, Voices for Just Climate Action, and group capacity building. She has also supported data collection efforts in other countries such as Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Uganda, and Nigeria.
