Eva Muchiri

Federation national leader

Eva Muchiri is a Muungano wa Wanavijiji National Federation Leader from Mathare. She is a youth and women mobilizer, focusing on matters of advocacy. Eva joined the movement in 2012 and has a background in Community Development and Information Technology. She is also a member of the Know Your City TV documentation Team and the Know Your City data team, which carries out research, mapping, and enumeration.

Her goal is to foster a large and vibrant youth-led movement that will advocate for access to basic services and secure land tenure in various informal settlements across Kenya.
